I thought I would take a minute and let you know how happy I am with your work. The product is brilliant, and the workmanship is flawless. I was very anxious to see the final product, and truth be told, I had many doubts as to how it would turn out. However the finished product was much better then I ever thought it could be. No picture, or detailed description could come close to explaining how amazing the floor looks.
In addition, I must say you were great to work with. Your attention to detail, and pride in your work really is apparent. Thank you. Kim, you are a delight. Not only were you accommodating, but informative, and efficient. So thank you both.
Should you every have a client that has doubts or reservations, have them call me. Better yet, have them come by and take a look for themselves. I am certain they will have all their concerns resolved after a few minutes with me and my beautiful floor.
